The water from my monthly, Period [Day 2] warm baths is collected into a large pail, becoming an embodiment of the physical (in the form of blood, mucus, discharge, sweat, dirt and tears), mental and spiritual releases occurring during the bath. This water is poured into a bone-dry kaolin vessel, which is then held in my arms; a process endured three times, each with a different kaolin vessel. The kaolin and the water are left to be absorbed by the ground.
